Since 2015, Micheline has helped clients navigate the financial complexities of separation with clarity and confidence. She is known for her compassionate, solutions-focused approach, ensuring families feel informed and supported throughout the process.

Committed to ongoing education, she continues to expand her expertise through training with the Legal Education Society of Alberta, the Justice Institute of BC, and other leading institutions.

Combining Karen’s personal divorce experience with the financial acumen she’s developed over the years as an MBA, entrepreneur and financial company founder, Karen founded Fairway Divorce Solutions in 2006 and the step-by-step INR (Independently Negotiated Resolution) Divorce process that has transformed the Divorce Industry and achieved thousands of fair resolutions across Canada.
