are a person who has a legal background who wants to help families in a

small number of cases in order to keep the work personal, to keep it
moving, and to provide results.

You are a “take charge” person who likes to make things happen.
You enjoy taking calculated risks and making decisions independently.
While the job requires strong initiative and self-direction on your

fast-paced and requires you to have the ability to deal with conflict

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
• Describe and sell the Fairway Process to prospective clients
• Work with both spouses to negotiate and mediate all aspects of their divorce
• Facilitate initial joint meetings to determine an Interim Plan while they complete the rest of the Fairway process
• Analyze the client’s financial situation and explain it to both parties
• Explain and negotiate child support and extraordinary expenses
• Explain and negotiate spousal support
• Facilitate joint parenting meetings
• Write
a Resolution Plan that summarizes the couple’s decisions that is then
sent to their lawyers so that they may receive independent legal advice
In
this position, you will be working with your own clients with very
little supervision. You have the opportunity to put your own individual
‘stamp’ on each case.
